Office, computing, conference and meeting facilities on the upper floor of the building are being extensively used; how ever there is now more space available on the ground floor; please come along and view it, you will not be dissapointed.

The building is leased to the community from Bakkavor Pizza, who also use the facilities to assist with their training, conference and meetings needs

Home Start South Holland Rents 2 offices from the associaton; this helps them run their local support for families with children under 5

The Respite Association Rents an office from the association, which is used to help promote and provide Care for carers in need of respite.

Lower Floor Facilities are available for use and can be hired or rented by the hour, week or year; special affordable rates from £5 per hour per area and £10 per sq ft per year are available to communty and local business users
